We started That's Trashy in 2026 out of Trenton, with a pink trailer you've probably seen around the county.
When you book us, one of us shows up. Not a stranger, not a random crew. We set our own schedule, and we put our name on every job.
We'll come out once, or every week if you've got rentals or job sites that keep filling up.

The price we quote is the price you pay
Some companies lowball you on the phone, then raise the price once they show up. We don't. No fuel charge, no deposit, and the price only changes if the job turns out different from what we were told.

You get an arrival window when you book, then a text about 30 minutes before we get there. Rather get a call? Just say so.

You don't have to be home
Just tell us how to get to the items, like a gate or garage code. You get Proof of Completion Photos when we're done, then pay by phone, Zelle or whatever's easiest.

We take what the city won't
City bulk pickup caps how much you can put out, and it comes on the city's schedule, not yours. Old fridges, fence panels, remodel debris and brush often get left behind. We come when you need us, carry it out and take the lot.

Licensed and insured
Certificate of insurance on request and a W-9 on file. And if we ever damage something on the job, we take responsibility for it.

How much does junk removal cost?
Most jobs are priced by how much room your stuff takes up in our 14.5-cubic-yard trailer. One or two regular items start at $95, and a full trailer is $600. Larger or more involved jobs can be priced differently depending on the amount, material and access. See how our pricing works →
What areas do you serve?
Most of North DFW: Collin County, the east side of Denton County, Richardson and North Dallas. Not sure if you're in range? Text us your address and we'll tell you.
Do you work with businesses and property managers?
Yes. We do one-time cleanouts, scheduled pickups weekly or every other week, and ongoing accounts with rates set up front. We're licensed and insured, with a certificate of insurance on request and a W-9 on file.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're licensed and insured, and one of the owners, Will or Casi, is on every job, whether it's your home or your business.
What won't you take?
If it fits in the trailer, we can probably take it: furniture, appliances, mattresses, yard waste, scrap metal, even concrete. Small propane tanks and oxygen tanks are fine too. Tires, batteries, paint and chemicals cost a bit extra because the dump charges us for them. The only thing we won't take is big drums of chemicals.
Can you donate my stuff?
Yes, just ask. Tell us which items and where you'd like them to go, and we'll drop them at the donation center you choose and send you the receipt. Everything else goes to the landfill in Melissa, off SH-121.
How do I pay?
Cash, card, Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App or check, once the job is done. No deposit up front. Not home? We send you photos of the finished job and you can pay over the phone. Businesses can pay by invoice on Net 30 terms.
