Junk Removal Pricing in North Texas
Mostly our standard junk removal jobs are priced by how much space your items take up in our 14.5-cubic-yard trailer. Small 1–2 item pickups are $95, and larger loads are priced by volume.

Your price is based on the space your junk uses in our trailer.
You don't need to measure everything yourself. The item sizes above simply give you a familiar reference for how large the trailer is. Send photos and we'll help estimate the space your job will use. What you're paying for

About your quote
If the job matches what you showed us, the quoted price holds.
If there is substantially more junk, heavier material, difficult access, pest infestation, or something important wasn't shown or mentioned, we'll explain any price change before the work starts.
Pricing different kinds of jobs
One pickup, a full property, or ongoing work — the job matters.
The standard rates above cover most everyday junk removal. Some jobs involve more material, several areas, or work that happens more than once, so we look at the job as a whole.
From a few bulky items to clearing most of the home.
Residential jobs can mean an old couch and appliance, several rooms of unwanted belongings, a packed garage, yard debris after cleanup, or getting rid of what isn't coming with you during a move.
When the job grows into a whole-house or property cleanout, we look at everything that needs to leave rather than making you estimate the volume room by room.
Bigger jobs. Repeat jobs. Work that keeps moving.
Properties, job sites, rentals, storage areas, and businesses can produce much more material than a typical household pickup — sometimes in one large cleanup and sometimes over weeks or months.
That may include furniture and fixtures from a turnover, wood and lumber from renovation work, piles of debris, bulky equipment, outdoor material, or repeated hauling while a property or project is being worked on.
When the work repeats, we can look at the amount and frequency together instead of treating every pickup like an unrelated job. Larger recurring accounts may also qualify for account pricing.

Pricing questions
The questions that come up once you start figuring out the job.
If a whole-house cleanout takes several trailer loads, do I pay $600 for every load? +
Not necessarily. Once a cleanout is expected to take two or more trailer loads, we look at the entire job and price it as a larger project instead of simply multiplying the $600 full-trailer rate. The total depends on the amount of material, what we're removing, access, labor, and the overall scope of the cleanout. Volume discounts may apply on larger jobs.
What if my junk falls between two of your listed load sizes? +
We don't automatically bump you up to the next listed load size. If your junk falls somewhere between ¼, ½, ¾, or a full trailer, we'll estimate the actual amount and give you a fair price for the space it takes up.
Do you charge by the hour for junk removal? +
Standard junk removal is normally priced by volume, not by an hourly clock. Extra work such as significant disassembly, stairs, long carries, difficult access, or unusually labor-heavy removal can affect the price. We account for that before the work starts.
Why can two loads that take up the same space cost differently? +
Volume is the main pricing factor, but the material matters too. A trailer space filled with normal household furniture is different from the same amount of very heavy debris or material that requires special handling or disposal. Access and labor can also affect the final price.
How do you price wood, renovation debris, concrete, or yard debris? +
Wood, lumber, yard debris, and renovation material can often be priced using the same volume system. Dense or very heavy material, including concrete and large rocks, can affect the price because weight and handling are different from normal household junk. Send photos and tell us what the material is when you ask for your quote.
What happens if I add more junk after you already quoted the job? +
If the job matches the photos and information you gave us, the quoted price holds. If you add more items or the amount turns out to be materially different, the price may need to change. We'll explain the difference before doing the additional work.
