What do you need cleared?

Just one thing

That old sectional, a mattress and box spring, a fridge that finally quit. The city's bulk pickup might not take it, or not until next month. One or two things is $95, and we carry it out from wherever it is.

A garage or attic

Boxes you haven't opened since you moved in, old bikes, broken shelves, the grill that quit years ago. We clear it out and sweep the floor, so you can park in there again.

A move

Renting? Junk left behind can eat into your deposit. The old dresser, the spare mattress, the boxes marked "maybe": we haul off whatever isn't making the trip, so you can hand back the keys to an empty place.

Downsizing

The big dining set, the armoire, the extra bedroom furniture. The kids don't want it and it's hard to sell. Show us what's staying behind and we'll take it. Had a garage sale? Text us when it's over and we'll haul whatever didn't sell.

A family member's home

Clearing out a parent's or grandparent's house is hard enough. Set aside what the family is keeping and we won't touch it. Take the time you need. When you're ready, we clear the rest room by room, beds, kitchen stuff, old paperwork and all, and you pay once the job's done.

A backyard cleanup

Branches down after a storm, an old swing set the kids outgrew, a rotted fence, leftover lumber from a weekend project. We take apart what needs taking apart, load it all up and leave the yard ready to use again.

Light demolition

A rotting deck or a shed that's falling down? We tear it down, haul every piece away and leave the spot clean. Send a few photos and we'll price it.

How it works

Never hired a junk removal company before? Here's exactly what happens, from your first text to an empty space.

  1. Tell us what you've got

Text a photo to 903-449-5262 or give us a call, Monday to Saturday, 6 AM to 9 PM. One quick phone photo of the pile is plenty. You talk straight to the owners, not a call center.

  2. Get your price and a time

We send you a price you can count on and an arrival window that suits you. On the day, you'll get a text when we're about 30 minutes out. Same day is often possible, so just ask.

  3. We load it and sweep up

Just point at what goes, whether it's upstairs, in the attic or out back. We do all the lifting, haul it away and sweep up before we leave. Most jobs take under an hour.

  4. Donate to your favorite center

Want something to go to a good home? Point it out and tell us your favorite donation center. We'll drop it off and text you the receipt. Everything else goes to the landfill in Melissa.

Want the space cleaned too? After we clear it out, we can also clean it properly, so it's ready to use, sell or move into. Just ask when you text us.

Residential pricing

What does junk removal cost?

Most residential jobs are priced by how much room your stuff takes up in our 14.5-cubic-yard trailer. Here’s the standard pricing so you can get a quick idea of what your job may cost.

1–2 regular items Couch, mattress, appliance, dresser, or similar pickup $95
¼ trailer About 25% of our 14.5-yard trailer $175
½ trailer About 50% of the trailer $350
¾ trailer About 75% of the trailer $500
Full trailer Full 14.5-cubic-yard load $600
Some jobs need a little more than the standard rate card.

Very heavy material, stairs, long carries, difficult access, or extra disassembly can affect the price. Whole-home jobs expected to take two or more trailer loads may qualify for larger-project pricing.

Questions about home junk removal

How much does it cost to get rid of a couch or mattress?

$95 for one or two items, like a couch, a mattress or a dresser. That includes us carrying it out, hauling it away and disposing of it. Prices are before 8.25% sales tax.

Do you offer same-day junk removal?

Often, yes. It depends on the day's schedule, so the earlier you call or text, the better your chances. Reach out and we'll tell you right away if today works.

How much does a garage or whole-house cleanout cost?

It depends on how much of our 14.5-cubic-yard trailer it fills: $175 for a quarter, $350 for a half, $500 for three-quarters and $600 for a full trailer. Text us photos and we'll give you a firm price before we start. If it needs more than one trailer, we'll tell you the total up front.

Do I need to be home when you come?

No. If we can get to the items, you don't need to be there. We send you photos once the job is done, so you can see it's all cleared, and you can pay by card, Apple Pay or Zelle.

Will you take things from upstairs, the attic or the backyard?

Yes. You don't have to move anything to the curb. We carry it out from wherever it is. Stairs or a long walk to the trailer can add $25 to $100, and we'll mention it when we quote you.

Do you remove hot tubs?

Yes. We take it apart, load it and haul it away. Text us a photo of the hot tub and where it sits, and we'll send you a price.

Do you take water-damaged carpet, drywall and furniture?

Yes. After a burst pipe or a leak, we haul off soaked carpet, padding, drywall and furniture. If there's mold, bed bugs or other pests involved, that part gets its own price because it takes extra care. Text us photos and we'll take it from there.
