We keep this simple. If you want something donated, tell us before the job. Everything else is handled through the disposal facility we use in Melissa.
Want something donated?
Just point out the items and tell us which donation center you want us to use. We'll drop them there and send you the receipt.
Donation is by request, so tell us before we haul everything off.
The rest goes to the Melissa landfill
We use the 121 Regional Disposal Facility in Melissa for the loads that aren't being taken to a donation center.
That's where most of what we haul is disposed of.

A few things people usually want to know before they tell us what needs to go.
Can you come the same day?
Often, yes. It depends on what's already on the schedule, but there's no cutoff for asking. Text us your photos and we'll tell you the soonest opening we have.
Do I need to move everything outside first?
No. Leave it where it is. We carry items out from the house, garage, attic or backyard and load them ourselves. Stairs, a long carry or unusually heavy items can add $25 to $100, and we'll tell you before the work starts.
Can you take furniture or other items apart?
Yes. If a bed frame, swing set, shed or another bulky item needs to be taken apart before it can be hauled away, we can do that. Disassembly is priced for the extra labor, so doing that part yourself can lower the cost.
Can you clear an entire house or estate?
Yes. We handle house, estate and downsizing cleanouts as well as smaller pickups. If the cleanout will take two or more trailer loads, we'll price it in person and larger jobs can get a volume discount.
How can I pay?
You can pay by cash, card, Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App or check after the job. Phone payment and invoicing are also available when needed.
What kinds of things can cost extra?
Stairs, a long carry, very heavy items, tires, batteries, paint and some chemicals can add to the price. Jobs involving things like mold, pests or needles also need to be priced separately. Send photos and mention anything unusual before we come out.
Is there anything you won't take?
We don't take large drums of chemicals. Small propane tanks and oxygen tanks are okay, and some other special items can be taken for an extra disposal charge. If you're unsure, text us a photo first.
