Get a firm price and a time
We give you the price before we start and book an arrival window that works for the property, then text you when we're about 30 minutes out. Account clients already have their rates on file.

We clear it and sweep up
We load everything, haul it away and sweep the spot. Want certain items donated? Name the place and we'll bring you back the receipt. Old files or hard drives to destroy? Just ask.

You get photos
Once it's done, we text you Proof of Completion Photos. No need to drive over and look. Pay by invoice, card or Zelle.

Pick what fits how often you need us. You can start with a one-time job and move to a schedule later.
One-time job
When you need itA single cleanout or haul-off. Send us the job, get a firm price, and we set a time. Same day is often possible when the schedule allows.
Scheduled pickups
Weekly or every other weekA set day and an arrival window. We come on your day, clear what's there and send you photos when it's done.
Business account
For monthly or regular workWe set your rates up front and keep them on file, so every job is already priced. Net 30 terms, with a W-9 and certificate of insurance ready when you need them.
One-time jobs usually follow our standard junk removal pricing. Pricing is based mainly on how much space the load takes up, while larger jobs and ongoing work can be priced around the size and frequency of the work.
Regular work costs less. Businesses that use us again and again typically get 20% or more off each job. And if you send someone our way, we'll thank you with a gift card.

Questions from businesses and property managers
How much does commercial junk removal cost?
We use the same trailer pricing as homes: $95 for one or two items, $175 for a quarter trailer, $350 for a half, $500 for three-quarters and $600 for a full 14.5-cubic-yard trailer. Very heavy loads or extra lifting can add $25 to $100, and we'll always tell you that up front. Business accounts get their rates set up front and kept on file.
Can you send a certificate of insurance before the job?
Yes. We're licensed and insured, and we can send a certificate of insurance on request. Our W-9 is on file too, so you can get us set up as a vendor before the first job.
Do you invoice, or do we pay on the day?
Both work. One-time jobs pay by cash, card, Apple Pay or Zelle when the job is done. Business accounts get Net 30 terms, with rates set up front and kept on file.
How fast can you clear a unit between tenants?
Often the same day or the next, depending on the schedule. Text us the address and photos as soon as the unit is empty, and we'll give you the soonest time we can be there.
Do I need to be on site?
No. Give us access to the unit or site and we'll handle it. You'll get before-and-after photos of the unit, so you can check it from your desk. And if we find anything that looks personal or valuable, we check with you before it goes.
Can you clean the unit after you clear it?
Yes. For an extra fee, we clean the unit after it's cleared, so it's ready for the next tenant. We always sweep up either way.
Can you handle several properties or units?
Yes. Property managers with several units can set up an account or a regular pickup schedule, weekly or every other week, with rates agreed up front.
