Storage Unit Cleanouts in North Texas

Whether you’re making room in your own unit, clearing unwanted items before a move, or managing a facility with abandoned contents and auction leftovers, we haul away what needs to go.

Choose a few items or a complete cleanout. Tell us what stays and what goes—we handle the lifting, dismantling where needed, loading and disposal. Facility managers can book one job or discuss recurring service.

No need to move everything outside first. We carry the unwanted items out of the unit, load them and handle disposal—saving you the truck rental and disposal trip.

Need it cleared quickly? Same-day storage unit cleanouts are available when the schedule allows.

What do you need out of the unit?

  • Make room without giving up your unit

A broken treadmill, an old mattress or furniture you no longer use can take up space you’re paying for. We remove the unwanted items while leaving the belongings you want to keep.

  • Clear unwanted items before a move

Moving out or transferring to another storage unit? Have us remove what you’re leaving behind so you can focus on moving the belongings you’re keeping.

  • Remove leftovers from an auction unit

Once you’ve taken what you want, we can haul away the remaining unwanted contents. Share the facility’s access hours and clearance deadline so we can confirm whether we can meet it.

  • Clear an abandoned unit for your facility

Once your facility has authorized removal, tell us what needs to go. We load the contents and sweep the cleared work area. Arrange a single cleanout or discuss recurring service as more units become ready.

Tell us about access before pickup: Gate hours, parking restrictions, stairs and long interior hallways help us plan the job. Any extra labor affecting your price will be explained in your quote before work starts.

What we remove from storage units

From a few bulky pieces to mixed contents packed at the back, we remove the items you no longer want:

  • Furniture and mattresses

Couches, recliners, dressers, tables, mattresses and bed frames. We dismantle bulky pieces where needed to carry them out.

  • Appliances and electronics

Refrigerators, washers, dryers, TVs, computers and other unwanted equipment.

  • Boxes and household belongings

Clothing, books, kitchenware, decorations and boxed clutter. Separate anything you want to keep before removal starts.

  • Office furniture and business stock

Desks, filing cabinets, shelving and unwanted stock taking up space in a business storage unit.

  • Exercise equipment, tools and outdoor items

Treadmills, bikes, toolboxes, patio furniture and other bulky items you do not want to move yourself.

  • Trash and damaged contents

Bagged garbage, broken items and water-damaged belongings. Tell us about dampness, heavy soiling or pests when requesting the quote.

Paint, tanks and items needing special handling

  • Paint cans
  • Small propane tanks and small oxygen tanks
  • Car batteries and tires
  • Used engine oil

Include these items in your photos and tell us what the containers hold. Paint, batteries, tires and used engine oil can carry additional handling or disposal charges. We explain the cost before work starts.

Found chemicals or other hazardous materials? Tell us before booking so we can confirm whether we can accept them and how they need to be handled. We do not accept large drums of chemicals.

Already dealing with pests? We also remove pest-infested junk for an additional charge. Describe the infestation when requesting your quote so we can plan the handling.

What a storage unit cleanout costs

You pay mainly for how much room the unwanted contents take up in our 14.5-cubic-yard trailer—not the dimensions of your storage unit.

  • $95 1–2 regular items
  • $175 Quarter trailer
  • $350 Half trailer
  • $500 Three-quarter trailer
  • $600 Full trailer

Only removing some items? We quote what you want hauled away. You don’t pay for clearing belongings you’re keeping.

Stairs, long carries, heavy materials, dismantling and special handling can affect the price. Cleanouts requiring two or more loads are quoted as larger projects. We explain the total before work starts.

Prices are before 8.25% sales tax. No fuel charge or deposit.

How pickup works at your storage facility

  • Send the unit details and access requirements

Include the address, unit number, photos and gate hours. Tell us about stairs, elevators, interior hallways and where the facility allows loading.

  • Identify what stays and what goes

For a partial cleanout, clearly separate or mark the belongings you’re keeping. Facility managers must authorize which contents we remove.

  • Get an arrival window and a heads-up

We agree on a pickup window and text or call about 30 minutes before arrival. Let us know if the office needs to admit us or a deadline limits access.

  • Check the cleared space

We remove the agreed items and sweep the area we clear. We send completion photos so you can check the result remotely.

Can’t meet us there? You don’t need to attend if the facility permits access and we have clear entry and removal instructions. Arrange access with the office before the visit.

Questions about storage unit cleanouts

What if I can’t photograph everything at the back of the unit?

Send the clearest photos you can and tell us what is hidden behind the visible items. Mention heavy pieces or anything needing special handling. For larger or difficult-to-assess cleanouts, we can price the work in person before starting.

Can you meet the facility’s auction cleanout deadline?

Send the deadline, address and access hours when requesting your quote. We’ll confirm whether we can fit the job in. Same-day service is available when the schedule allows, but we don’t promise a deadline before checking availability and the amount to remove.

Who decides what can be removed from an abandoned unit?

The facility must authorize removal and identify the contents we can take. We follow those instructions; we don’t decide ownership or which belongings the facility is entitled to dispose of. Mark anything that must remain before work starts.

Can you donate clothing, furniture and household items from the unit?

Yes, by request. Set aside the items you want donated and tell us which donation center you prefer. If the center accepts them, we’ll drop them off and send you the receipt. Mention donation items when requesting your quote so we can plan the pickup.

Can you destroy paperwork or hard drives found in storage?

Data destruction is available by request. Identify the documents or drives before the cleanout and discuss what you need with Will or Casi so it can be included in the job.
