What Construction Debris Do We Haul Away?
-
Kitchen and bathroom tear-outs
Old cabinets, vanities, fixtures, removed pipes, wall tiles, torn-out flooring, and countertop pieces, including marble.
-
Shed demolition debris, lumber, and drywall
Shed panels, removed studs, framing lumber, plywood, baseboards, and broken drywall left after a tear-out or demolition.
-
Flooring replacement debris
Old carpet and padding, laminate planks, and pulled-up hardwood from one room or several.
-
Iron, wiring, and heavy piping
Iron railings, metal framing, disconnected wiring, and heavy pipe. We can haul away underground piping once it’s been dug up and disconnected.
-
Concrete and other heavy debris
Tell us if the pile includes concrete, tile, or marble, even if it looks small. Weight can affect how much we can haul in one trip and how we quote the job.
-
Debris from full house or property demolitions
If an entire house or several structures have been torn down, send photos of each pile and tell us what’s mixed in. For larger haul-offs, we’ll assess the site in person and confirm what we can take and how many loads it may require.
Have a mixed debris pile? Text us one wide photo of the pile and a close-up of any concrete, tile, marble, or heavy piping so we can confirm what we can haul.
Text Will or Casi for a QuoteHow Much Does Construction Debris Removal Cost?
For debris we can price by volume, the quote depends on how much space it takes up in our 14.5-cubic-yard trailer.
| Trailer space | Standard price |
|---|---|
| Quarter trailer | $175 |
| Half trailer | $350 |
| Three-quarter trailer | $500 |
| Full trailer | $600 |
- Heavy materials A pile of concrete can weigh much more than a pile of cabinets the same size. Tell us if the load includes concrete, tile, marble, or heavy pipe so we can account for the weight.
- Curbside or carry-out Let us know whether the debris is staged at the curb or in the driveway, or whether we’ll need to carry it through the house, use stairs, or make a long carry to the trailer. That labor can affect the quote.
- Two or more trailer loads We’ll look at the site in person and quote the full haul-off before work starts. A volume discount may apply.
Prices shown are before 8.25% sales tax. No deposit or fuel surcharge.

Schedule Debris Pickup Around Your Project
-
Clear the site before the next crew arrives
If the tear-out is finished and the flooring crew or cabinet installers are due next, tell us when they start. We’ll confirm whether we can clear the debris before they arrive.
-
Book pickups at different stages of the job
Have one load ready after demolition and another after installation? Schedule separate pickups so you don’t have to store all the debris until the project is finished.
-
Arrange pickup even if you’re off site
Tell us where to park, which pile to take, and what needs to stay. If we have access and clear instructions, we can handle pickup without you there and send photos when it’s done.
Have a deadline? Text the jobsite address and when the debris needs to be gone.

Construction Debris Removal FAQs
Do I need to rent a dumpster first?
No. If you have a pile ready to go, we bring our trailer, load the debris, and haul it away. For a project that creates debris in stages, you can book separate pickups as each load is ready.
Can I get a quote before the tear-out is finished?
Yes. Send photos of the work area and tell us what’s coming out. Once the debris is ready, send an updated photo so we can confirm the amount and price before pickup.
Can my crew keep working during the pickup?
Often, yes. Tell us where the crew will be working and which entrance or driveway we can use. If we’ll need to share a narrow driveway or the same doorway, we can plan the pickup around that.
Can you send a W-9 and certificate of insurance before the job?
Yes. Our W-9 is on file and a certificate of insurance is available on request. If your company needs either for vendor setup, mention it when you request the quote.
